Owner and Licensed Custom Broker Ms. Brenda I. De La Cruz Rodriguez established De La Cruz Customs Broker, Inc., in the year 2008.
De La Cruz Customs Broker, Inc. has its origins since 1999. While as an employee for Consulting by Sandra Tovar, Inc. Customs Broker Ms. De La Cruz strived to provide clients with the most complete and satisfactory services.
With 24 years of experience in the industry Ms. De La Cruz has been able to inform and educate clients about import requirements within the USA and Puerto Rico and also arrange proper handling and delivery of goods to their destinations.
Our team of experts provides each client with a detailed evaluation of the merchandize considered for importation. Based on these evaluations we are capable to inform clients of all Federal and local government rules and regulations regarding their goods. We verify if the shipment requires Quota, Duties fees and/or antidumping. Also determine which government agencies will be involved in the process. We will inform our clients if any Free trade Agreement applies to their shipment and which countries have Trade agreements with the USA.
Our knowledgeable team is fully trained to provide each client with all services related to customs release procedures from messenger documents and research of required laws for every import.
